The GLF is a mixed player type 0.0 corporation, we have members doing POS reactions, building capital ships, making T2 equipment and a full production department to help supply our combat division with all it may need, the GLF is a military style corporation with many members ex or currently serving in militaries accross the world the corporation reflects this having it's own rank system and military structure, the first ranks are earned by going through our unique training system, futher ranks can be attained through merit.
All members of the GLF are expected to be combat capable to a certain degree, even our most 't3h ub3r' industrialists at least fly interceptors, you are expected as a pilot in the GLF to at least field a cruiser in combat, the GLF will supply these at a great discount, each rank in the GLF comes with it's rewards and as you progress through the ranks corp supplied ships get better and cheaper, all it takes is a request to our production manager to keep you in combat.
What we are currently looking for is anyone with at least 3mil SP, and is preferably in a Euro or Australian timezone, Teamspeak is a must even if you can only listen, all applications ingame must be accompanied with a screenshot of your character selection screen in it's original format and original name unedited and sent to [email protected] , once a director has sighted the screenshot and put it through photoshop to test for editing your application will be approved and your career in the GLF will begin as will your training, the GLF Training Centre does do Recognition of Prior learning, so if your a 20mil SP combat pilot, don't worry, we won't send you through the meat grinder
Once you have completed your basic training with the GLF you can select one of 3 Departments in the GLF to be your primary role depending on your interests in EVE, Logistics, this includes Production, Mining, Transport. POS Marines, this is all to do with POS's as you could guess and finally 1st Fleet, the combat division of the GLF, escort duties, patrolling, incursions into hostile space and all things combat related.
For any questions please evemail:
Captain Havoc (CEO) Mabelrode (2IC/Head of 1st Fleet) Weyr Raykan (Logistics) Saliador (POS Marines) Maximillian Green (Training Academy)
Or just apply straight away :D ----------------------------------------------- "Acta non Verba"

Originally by: Zaphod Jones I still remember when Captain Havoc said in noob corp channel (i was there on an alt) that he was going to setup a corp and did anyone want to come join, he had big ideas then, and he seems to have done very well in organising those ideas and the corp.

Caution to laywers, you may not like these, or you may find them hilarious...
These are from a book called Disorder in the American Courts, and are things people actually said in court, word for word, taken down and now published by court reporters who had the torment of staying calm while these exchanges were actually taking place.
ATTORNEY: Are you sexually active? WITNESS: No, I just lie there.
ATTORNEY: What is your date of birth? WITNESS: July 18th. ATTORNEY: What year? WITNESS: Every year.
ATTORNEY: What gear were you in at the moment of the impact? WITNESS: Gucci sweats and Reeboks.
ATTORNEY: This myasthenia gravis, does it affect your memory at all? WITNESS: Yes. ATTORNEY: And in what ways does it affect your memory? WITNESS: I forget. ATTORNEY: You forget? Can you give us an example of something you forgot?
ATTORNEY: How old is your son, the one living with you? WITNESS: Thirty-eight or thirty-five, I can't remember which. ATTORNEY: How long has he lived with you? WITNESS: Forty-five years.
ATTORNEY: What was the first thing your husband said to you that morning? WITNESS: He said, "Where am I, Cathy?" ATTORNEY: And why did that upset you? WITNESS: My name is Susan.
ATTORNEY: Now doctor, isn't it true that when a person dies in his sleep, he doesn't know about it until the next morning? WITNESS: Did you actually pass the bar exam?
ATTORNEY: The youngest son, the twenty-year-old, how old is he? WITNESS: Uh, he's twenty-one.
ATTORNEY: Were you present when your picture was taken? WITNESS: Would you repeat the question?
ATTORNEY: So the date of conception (of the baby) was August 8th? WITNESS: Yes. ATTORNEY: And what were you doing at that time? WITNESS: Duh.............
ATTORNEY: She had three children, right? WITNESS: Yes. ATTORNEY: How many were boys? WITNESS: None. ATTORNEY: Were there any girls?
ATTORNEY: How was your first marriage terminated? WITNESS: By death. ATTORNEY: And by whose death was it terminated?
ATTORNEY: Can you describe the individual? WITNESS: He was about medium height and had a beard. ATTORNEY: Was this a male or a female?
ATTORNEY: Is your appearance here this morning pursuant to a deposition notice which I sent to your attorney? WITNESS: No, this is how I dress when I go to work.
ATTORNEY: Doctor, how many of your autopsies have you performed on dead people? WITNESS: All my autopsies are performed on dead people.
ATTORNEY: ALL your responses MUST be oral, OK? What school did you go to? WITNESS: Oral.
ATTORNEY: Do you recall the time that you examined the body? WITNESS: The autopsy started around 8:30 p.m. ATTORNEY: And Mr. Denton was dead at the time? WITNESS: No, he was sitting on the table wondering why I was doing an autopsy on him!
ATTORNEY: Are you qualified to give a urine sample? WITNESS: Huh?
And last
ATTORNEY: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse? WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: Did you check for blood pressure? WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: Did you check for breathing? WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy? WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor? WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar. ATTORNEY: But could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless? WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law.

Live damn you live!!
*Start Amusing Bump*
A blonde, wanting to earn some money, decided to hire herself out as a handyman-type and started canvassing a wealthy neighbourhood. She went to the front door of the first house and asked the owner if he had any jobs for her to do. "Well, you can paint my porch. How much will you charge?" The blonde said "How about 50 dollars?"
The man agreed and told her that the paint and ladders that she might need were in the garage.
The man's wife, inside the house, heard the conversation and said to her husband, "Does she realize that the porch goes all the way around the house?"
The man replied, "She should. She was standing on the porch." A short time later, the blonde came to the door to collect her money.
"You're finished already?" he asked.
"Yes," the blonde answered, "and I had paint left over, so I gave it two coats.
"Impressed, the man reached in his pocket for the $50. "And by the way," the blonde added, "that's not a Porch, it's a Ferrari."
